Restaurants in Keitum. Dining round the corner.

An evening out is part of any holiday – and in Keitum you don't have to walk far. Three restaurants, three characters, all a few minutes' walk from Maison Lütt.

Oma Wilma: home cooking under a thatched roof

Oma Wilma sits in the heart of Keitum, in one of the village's oldest thatched houses. It serves a creative mix of regional produce and classic home cooking just like grandmother used to make – the menu changes monthly, and there is also a lunch menu.

In summer you sit in the garden under the trees. Tables are popular, so it's worth booking. Closed on Sundays.

Schröder|s: French-Nordic bistro cooking

At Sarah Schröder's on Am Tipkenhoog, French and Nordic cuisine meet – under the motto “simply delicious”. For breakfast there are croissants in many variations, from midday changing dishes of the day and a fine selection of wines.

Particularly relaxed: Schröder|s takes no reservations at all – just drop by, whether for a leisurely breakfast, a dish of the day or just an espresso at the bar. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Kleine Küchenkate: down-to-earth and good

The Kleine Küchenkate, run by the Sprengkamp family, is a tasty meeting place for holidaymakers and islanders in the heart of Keitum. Regional fish and meat specialities come out of the open kitchen: Labskaus, homemade Sauerfleisch, veal schnitzel and, as a speciality, rump steak “Café de Paris”.

In the afternoon there is cake from the Ingwersen patisserie, in the evening regional wines in a relaxed atmosphere. Reservations by phone only; closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
