In the coming weeks we are completely renovating and refurnishing Maison Lütt. From 19 December 2026 the house will welcome its first guests in its new look. The interior images on this site are design renderings (AI visualisations). The finished result may differ slightly in detail – but the style and room layout will be exactly as shown.
Four seasons, one house. All rates are per night for up to two guests, plus final cleaning (€110) and tourist tax. A child or teenager from age 7 as an additional guest is €15 per night extra. High season requires a minimum stay of 5 nights, all other seasons 3.

The gallery under the roof is low: at its highest point it measures 150 cm, so you cannot stand upright there. It is exactly right for lying down, reading and relaxing.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the neighbouring Zollhaus. The apartments there are also holiday rentals – we therefore ask you to be considerate of the other guests, as these are shared facilities.
We are happy to arrange bicycles through our rental partner Christel. They are delivered directly to Maison Lütt and picked up there again.

A deposit of 25% is due on booking. The balance is payable up to two weeks before arrival.

The final cleaning (€110) is added to the nightly rate and shown during booking.

Yes, a private parking space belongs to the house.
Yes, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Maison Lütt is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
At its highest point the gallery measures 150 cm; because of the low ceiling and the sloping walls you cannot stand upright there – the gallery is perfect for settling in with a book, relaxing, or watching your favourite series.
The sleeping gallery is reached via a space-saving staircase. Children should be confident on stairs – use is at your own risk.
Cancellation is free up to 28 days before arrival. From 27 days before arrival, 90% of the nightly rate is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
